• Make sure the VM of the Store is in Position before the operations start and if their is any deviation, same has to be notify under the Store Manager/Floor Manager/Sr.Sales Executive. 
•Clean the Stock properly, safely and if their is any damage stock, report to the Floor Manager on real time basis.
•Before the customer walkins starts,  sales executive has to take a detailed follow up on the product which has been ordered earlier.  
• Greet the customers as they arrive at the store/counter and ask them how they would like to assist. 
•Listen to customer's requirement closely and provide them with the information on available pieces and sets or the product being the customer request for.  
• Provide the product on demand of the customer and discuss the product description with one. 
• Provide customers full information on prices and any associated discounts or deals. 
• Assist customers in making decisions to buy jwelery pieces or sets and suggest alternative and complementing pieces and other accessories. 
• Lead customer through the buying process  by boxing, wrapping, and bagging thier purchases. 
• Educate customer about the benefits of buyinhg the 'HallMark Jewellery' and ensure that all documention is included with the bagged product. 
•Send out the customers with the Thank You Note and keep them in loop regarding new arrivals.
• Maintain the Daily Walkins and same has to be submit to the respective floor manager by the end of the day.  
•Arrange window dislpays on a regular basis and ensure that all displays are properly locked and secured. 
•Ascertain that all the pieces of jewellery are locked up in assigned storage places at the end of the day.
